he was at the steiffel theater in salina ks. victor and his band played all new songs off their new cd that comes out next month. they were also selling the new cd at the show, which btw is freakin awsome. track 9 about 3 min in is unreal. he playes the fastest, cleanest , finger style and slapping ive ever heard him, or anyone else, play. the show was true to the cd in every way except for about 45 minutes of just voctor improv. i forgot the other members names, but reggie is playing guitar, and joe wooten is playing keys. Best keys ive ever heard. they had a second bass player through most of the show, and a female vocalist who was very talented as well. oh and the drummer. amazing drummer. best show of this style genre ive ever seen. -joe p |
