It's from a CD called 'THE KING OF RETRO COOL' - artist is listed as either Glenn Hughes, Glenn Hughes with Strokeland Superband or Strokeland Superband featuring Glenn Hughes (depending on where you look).

Seriously, check it out, it's a fantastic bass line. I'd like to say I was gonna transcribe it for you - but it would take me hours and hours!!!
