There are some albums there with some great songs, but there are a few that stand up as entire albums with not a single bad song. These seem as if they wer intended to be played un-interrupted as one body of work, where songs are never skipped or fast forwarded. For me:

Rush - Moving Pictures
The Beatles - Abbey Road
Fleetwood Mac - Rumours
The Beatles - Revolver
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
Steely Dan - Aja

I might add Hotel California and the first Boston album in there as well.

The Dixie Chicks are even in this thread? Really?

I would agree, and include a few more:

The Who - Who's Next, Quadrophenia, Tommy
Genesis - Lamb Lies Down, Selling England
The Moody Blues - Days of Future Past
Rush - Hemispheres, Power Windows, Counterparts
Derek and The Dominos - Layla
Led Zeppelin IV
The Beatles - Rubber Soul, White Album

And many more I can't think of right now!

You had several days to vote to get your funk favorites in the top 20!

The poll numbers are actually a lot more spread out that I'd expected...

Is the choice to be our own "best", or is it which is best in terms of popularity, influence, groundbreaking, etc? Cause I'm seeing quite a few albums that are making me scratch my head.
