dave matthews band - 8 piece during 2007 when they had a guest appearance on lead guitar.

Three female backup vocalists
At least three horns
Also Tower of Power - not sure how their lineup has varied, but I think it has hovered around a dozen. Then there's Chicago ... |

but if we have too... King Crimson on their album Red. yes they were guest musicians on it, but since the idea of this thread is flawed, i'm going with this
