grooving bass solos

Sign in to disble this ad
hey everybody
my favorite bass solos have always been the ones where the bass player is just grooving like crazy all over the neck and locked with the drums...just laying it down.

could yall reccommend some solos or even just basslines with the bass like i described? thanks

Bryan Beller's CD, 'The View'. On Onion Boy Records.

Tight, melodic, aggressive, inspirational; killer tone. Fretted and f'less.

"Everything Is Everything" from the Donny Hathaway Live CD, Willie Weeks on bass.

The ultimate "grooving" bass solo, IMHO. Check it out!

Yeah, +1!

Larry Grahm is a funky funky man. The end's mostly noise IMO but still....groovy stuff.
