Hey all, check out my band's new recording:

http://www.nailedin.com/music.html

I'm interested to see what people who are into this genre think about it. Feel free to be brutally honest. The more brutal, the better.. this is metal after all.

Good singer and bass/guitar riffs, and good drummer. However, it needs cowbell. You might wanna tell your drummer that.

Anyway, for real...i dig it.

EDIT: I just looked at your website a little bit. In my opinion, thats a pretty good sound for only 3 guys.

Hey Dave, your CD is in the mail tomorrow. Sorry for the delay bud! Last minute issues with the packaging...

Pete - thanks bro. Yeah, the drummer is crazy for the cow bell. He actually has a cow AND an ice bell.

Interesting points smash. I do agree that the chances of "making it" in this genre, or any other for that matter are slim, so I'm definitely not holding my breath. If we can even have decent success on a local level I will be really happy cuz I like the music and this is my first real band. I appreciate the feedback though and I designed the site so it's always nice to hear something good about that too. Peace!

Doesn't your drummer mind that you replaced his tracks with a typewriter at 200wpm after he left the studio? Also, I think your singer has something stuck in his throat in some of the tracks, I think I can hear a little rasping?

Heh, sorry, I have no constructive comments to make, I just fancied listening to some metal to break up the day and had to make the same ol' jokes while I was here

It does sound very professional I must say. Good work on that front

Jesus not yet anyway, my kids are only two. Old is how you feel anyway, in which case I'm about 70.
