I've been really working on my sliding and Timing. Can you guys Please give your input's and keep it real. If they have to be harsh please do so. And please don't sugar coat any lies. Thanks Derek.

You seem to slip in and out of the beat. Not bad, not bad at all. Keep practicing at that speed.

Yea, it's definitely your sliding. Sometimes when you slide, you just lose your groove. Try playing a simplified version of that groove and record it, then play over that. You will improve your timing that way.
