Help putting a video up

I just recorded something i'm working out for an audition to a music program at my college. If possible, I'd like some feedback. I recorded it on iMovie... does anybody know how or if i can post it on here?

yeah, just export the video to a relatively small file size, (.mov/.mp4), then upload it to a site like YouTube.com.

Sorry, but could you explain how to do that? I'm not too good with technology these days...
