Help! WAV compression question.

I have a WAV file that I need to compress just a little bit.
My file is 25.6 mb zipped. I'm not the best with this stuff so I gotta ask... How can I compress this file down to at least 25 mb so I can send it through Gmail?

Is there any free sites that can do this for me? It's kind of urgent right now.
