Get a metronome for your drummer. I don't know how you guys were able to play even close to on time with someone who's time is all over the place like that.
That being said, whoever does the writing has a good ear for riffs.
Vocally, I think he did better with the shouting than the growling, maybe someone else in your band is a better growler.
Bass playing was solid, nothing that stuck out at me as being amazing or terrible, which for this genre is generally a good thing, IMO.
