Highly recomended for Rock fans
This song is taken from the Iron Maiden single Flight Of Icarus, and is a cover tune of a Montrose song off of an album called 'Paper Money'. I have a CD called Best of the B' Sides. OUt of a Maiden Box set.
Anyway, I'm currently working on learning this song. It has many of Harris' popular riffs from his early stuff. The opening riff is not his of course but its a simple Pentatonic. It starts on D and works its way up to G and back down to G. Its all the stuff in the middle thats tough. I'm having alot of fun learning this riff and although I gave it 45 minuts tonight I think its gonna take longer to get down real tight under my fingers. Its a pretty fast song too. I like to speed things up. I play like an old man usually.
