How am I doing?

As a pretty new bass player (approximately 3-4 months), I would love to get some feedback on how I am playing. I'm not sure where I should be at this point in my musical experience and can't afford lessons for the instant feedback, so I thought maybe you guys could give a listen and let me know what you think.

Very solid for only 4 months. You're doing it right
If you're lucky and find a solid drummer, this will already grove nicely.

For this type of music, consider having a look at flatwound strings

MakeE...I am a diehard fan of flatwounds already. Playing on anything else just disappoints me.

Thanks for the feedback, gang. Some of what you heard was self-written bass grooves, so I am doing some writing as well.

As for the harp - I just wrote song lyrics, a bass groove and a harp opening for one of our tunes and I can't wait to get the rest of the band working on it.
