I'm trying to figure out how to tell if a guy is a leader and should I bother to put bass lines to his music(never had a female guitarist yet)...really I'm a bass player and rarely have a say.
Should I be the leader and have them play along with my basslines if he can't figure out how to?
His voice sucks and he his songs all sound the same
His voice is excellent and his songs all sound the same
You name a bunch of bands and he only knows ones from 20 years ago and you are 20 years older than him (or her).
Never e-mails or sends songs or any form of communication other than the practice time and even that is limited.
