That would have most likely been my old bandmate and friend, Dave (Dodo) putting some links out like the nice guy he is. He skated with a few guys connected with the Z-boys back in the 80's...

Lol, you'll appreciate this message I got earlier i think:

its obvious u got skills. anyone with eyes can see that! but u shouldnt play like that. that is the guitars job.

I replied, trying to explain that I know my role as a bass player, and wouldn't ever do anything like that with other musicians, it was just a bit of fun, and pointed him to one of my blog posts here

Lol, he then came back with:
