I didn't really see anything in there that needed to be improved "a lot".

It looked like the third and fourth fingers on your left hand were a little stiff...uncomfortable...weak maybe but, it didn't seem to be having any negative impact on your ability to get the job done which, you did nicely.

Yeah, my pinkie is still a little weak, but that'll come with practising.

Tuning! The E string is way out of tune.
You need to find rest in your left hand. Do a lot of chromatic ex.
