Conspiracy theories aside.. yes I was joking.. The last album, to me, sounded like a "last hurrah" for their recent "changes". I thought the next album would shape them back into something different. And it has. I'll be buying this one.

You know, I used to think that Dave was implicated in Kurt's murder, but... I really don't think so anymore. He really didn't have all that much to gain, as their contract had almost expired, and he could have gotten a clause which allowed him to record his own side material. Love, however, had millions of new royalty shares and whatnot. Oh, and she could whore out his legacy.

Also... watch interviews with Dave when they bring up Kurt. He's incredibly sincere in that he's still in pain from it to this day.
