Victor Wooten & Richard Bona... That tune is really really nice. And Palmystery is an amazing album.

I am loving Richard Bona's groove. I hope people realize this is largely based on Bona's groove. Loving it

At first i thought "oh just another one saying praise to Victor Wooten" and "shouldn't it have been posted in the Youtube Finds-section?".

I'm no big fan of Victor Wooten. Sure i'm amazed by his technical ability (and i wish i could play with such a touch and talent)but his music usually leaves me cold.
This one have some nice bassplaying but not earthshaking good.

I'm no big fan of religion too. "Opium for the masses" as Lenin said!

But i listen to it. Nice catchy rhytm a la Paul Simon and "Graceland". No overplaying!
And the lyrics in particular!
It hit me hard! If everybody in the world listen to this song, embraced its message and lived by it, the world would be a much happier place!

Thx to Jauqo for posting it. You were right in dedicating a thread to this!

And yes the video is lame as in commonplace. But no need to overdo it if the message is right!

There is something so inspiring and joyful about Victor Wooten.
He is fantastically talented and at the same time there is always a message behind his stuff saying "you can do it too !".

Thanks Jauqo III-X. Victor did this when he played in Boulder last year and it was my favorite song of the night.

Uh...no! It's just a song. A good song! I like the message as well. I can see churches adopting this tune once they hear it. I like it. I prefer simple videos like this.

I don't find it cheesy or lame at all.
It's a cool song and a funny video.
Give me that over videos of guys wearing bling bling with booty shakin' girls in expensive cars.
Ok maybe we could use more shakin' booties but that's about it.

DK beat me to it. It sounds like Paul Simons' Graceland

There we go, it's him preaching again...
I'm no fan of this one.
It's not the message, it's the packaging I really don't like.

To me ,it's simpleton and hardly engaging
and for that reason, song takes away from the message it aims to get across.

Nonetheless am I looking forward to receiving the new album.
-This is not the only song on it ,right??

As "D. A. R. K"said before..."Each to his/her own."

Thought it was gonna be a "God is great and if you say something else you are stupid"-song, but its more of a "Yeah, i saw god. Belive what you like"-song.
Catchy but on the edge of nachocheese
