Identify This Weezer Song

All the guitars are drenched in heavy distortion. It has 3 notes for most of the song and it goes (1=lowest, 2=highest) 123....321....123....321.

The chorus is something like
"I really miss you girl
You know it's true
something something
something something"

"I Swear It's True" never released. I think it was from "Songs From the Black Hole."
