| The first concert I ever saw was a Yes concert. I think I was 12 or 13, and I saw them on the Big Generator tour. I remember being awed that the little people up on the stage about 1/4 mile away were actually them. I also remember my uncle who brought me had to go talk to his friends away and up at the back of the grass area a few times, and he came back all funny smelling like a burnt skunk...
The first concert my brother ever saw was a Yes concert on the Talk tour that I brought him to.
Since then, I've caught most of the tours, with the exception a gap in the early 2000s, when I lived in a smallmountain town far from anywhere that they'd play. I saw them on the Union tour, ABWH tour with Tony Levin on bass, and at least one or two more in there. |
