I've heard him before. Nice feel and some great chops.

The question is: will we hear from him 5-10 years from now? A lot of these kids get posted and we all say "wow" but it doesn't mean much if he burns out or hits a wall and becomes just another good bassist. His chops are impressive but not God-like. They won't mean as much when he gets older and has to compete with the big boys. Then again maybe he wants to do something more noble and become a doctor or something.

It's interesting how many of these kids gets posted and yet we rarely hear from them a few years down the road. Lot's of talent out there but few who break through. Anyways, I wish him the best.

Andy Warhol said that there will come a day when all of us get our 15 seconds of fame, and IMO technology has only helped in that, however, we rarely if ever hear follow up stories. Cheers.
