james jamerson? carol kaye? stevie wonder himself?

i always thought it was jamerson, considering there's a transcription of the bassline in the "standing in the shadows of motown" book. if it isn't, whoever played it copped his style perfectly. it's really one of my favorite basslines ever!

This has come up before, the liner notes on the album say Stevie Wonder who also wrote and produced the song, but it sounds like and probably is, Jamerson.

It was also published in Standing In The Shadows Of Motown as a Jamerson line.
