I have the video that features an interview with Jaco where he gives some exercises and then jams at the end. This came with a little booklet that detailed the exercises that he went through during the video. Does anyone on here have this booklet? If you do and wouldn't mind emailing me with it I would greatly appreciate it...Can anyone help me out?
