i thought this was interesting. jacob fred jazz odyssey is letting you download their entire new studio album straight from their website, pictures, booklet, and all, completely free. you just go to the site and give them your email adress and itll get emailed to you.. (jfjo.com if your interested)

i think this is really cool.. has anyone else ever seen a band do something like this?

Yes-- NIN has one currently available and Radiohead released In Rainbow for free a year or so ago. Funny thing was that the version they released on CD for sale went to the top of the charts!
