"Happenings 10 Years Time Ago" by the Yardbirds (1966). Supposedly, JPJ plays bass, and it's one of the most well-recorded flats-with-a-pick tracks I've heard.
Also, Jeff Beck plays the "Foxey Lady" lick in his solo; I believe (due to the timeline) that Hendrix actually borrowed it from this tune.
Finally, the visuals here don't match the music; it's a scene from the movie "Blow Up", and the Yardbirds are performing a different song.
