He's amazing and a busy sideman in NYC- I work with him occasionally and he's usually got a lot going on. He said he is working on getting a website happening pretty soon, and he does have a myspace page but I doubt he updates it as very few actually do.

Wow, I just came across this post today and I thought I'd chime in.

Jon is alive and well and still playing his butt off here in NYC. We've been playing together every Monday night at a club called Smoke, which is on Broadway at 106th st, with the Bill Mobley Big Band.

Actually, he just released a solo piano CD, if you're interested. We've been trying to get a trio project off of the ground for a little while now(with the rhythm section from Bill's band), but it's tough coordinating schedules these days...

I'll tell him you were asking about him. I'll also let him know that he needs a proper website! Man, what's up with that??

-Phil
