I was just messing aroundf with E major pentonic scale, and trying some things. It will sound borign to you guys but thats becuase I'm still new to 12 bars blue and so on, ok?

Use a metronome or a drum machine when practicing. Always.

Also, go find some old blues tunes to play to. Blues uses the blues scale most often.

for your information bud. I've been using the metronome with this clips its set to 100 bpm, and yeah its still a little chaotic at times.

That's right, these are what you are talking about, Derek. And these scales are each made up of 5 notes-not 6. Let there not be any needless confusion about such simple things.

People always associate Pentatonic with Blues, which is the added sixth note: But I'm sure you knew.
