Hi again.

I just bumped into this recording I did like two years ago for a good friend who has a metal band called "Hijos De Caín" ("Cain's Sons"). I'm not an official band member (actually none of the players in this recording. Just my friend, who recorded the guitars) but he calls me almost every time he has a new song for recording. I recently recorded his latest creation with my Bongo, but he hasn't been able to finish the recording because he ran out of money.

This song is called "La Duda" ("The doubt"), and it was a local hit. The singer is one of the most respected vocalists from my country (he has a "Bruce Dickinson trauma", BTW), and also a very good friend of the bandleader. I laid down the track with my Carvin BB75 and there's an overdubbed fretless solo that I recorded with my custom 5-string made by a local luthier. I just listened to this song after a long time and I thought "Nothing special, but I like this work. Let's see what TalkBassers have to say about it". Hope you enjoy it! (Warning: Spanish vocals)

Any comments that help me improve my playing in these kinds of tunes, or my friend's songwriting skills or the recording studio quality (although it has improved a lot in two years) are welcome. Thank you!
