Justin Timberlake

I hate the way artsy indie wannabe music-experts like to use Timberlake as an example of ****** contemporary commercial pop. (One long sentence! ) While he is, infact, an example of the opposite. Heīs one of those few guys who keep it real (and groovy) in todays industry...

I'm not a big fan of his music, but I love the way he is able to laugh at himself. D!(* in a box was the thing that made me appreciate the guy, and I've seen him poke fun at himself on more than one occasion.

He's one talented kid if you ask me. Definitely doesn't seem to take himself too seriously either, and that is a rare thing with a mega star.

Yes, because we all use JT as our reference. I use Linkin Park as my reference for that crap.

I never gave him a second thought.... but then in a relatively short period I caught the **** in a box skit and heard this tune on the radio http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIX5BhN-3jA

He's got some skillz. His acting ain't so bad either... I've seen him in a couple rolls recently that weren't a stretch from each other, but convincing none the less.

Yes, and not only that, but I swear the dancers on stage are worth the entrance fee alone

He is manufactured...

A spooffff.

He doesn't take himself seriously, because he can't.

The modern Fabian.

He is no different than a can of beans in the supermarket...well packaged consumer product made with the intention of profiting some large corporation.

Kevin Walker is his bassist. Kevin is also a dealer for those FClef Basses he plays. I've chatted with him a few times through Myspace. Very cool guy. As for Justin, he's the real deal. Good singer & musician (yes, he does play guitar and keyboards) so he 'knows' music. It's no wonder he progressed away from the N'Sync deal. I see him doing big things in the future.

I agree. Bands like My Chemical Romance are the same as well, just boy bands that hold instruments.
