Cool King Of The Hill Theme Song - Bass Cover

Sign in to disble this ad
Watch me playing King Of The Hill on bass. This is a really fun song to play. I'm using the occasional pick in this video. I made a mistake or two in this one. Sorry about the sour note near the end. Oh and I did this one by ear, no tabs, with a little help from my brother

I see you got your Ibby... that would be cool if you had drum beat going to it.

You should try figuring out the "Stroker and Hoop" song. It's basically just bass and drums. Pretty cool song.

I agree with the drums. Dude, you're way younger than me and played it great so props there, but I'd always work with a drum machine/metronome for final cuts. I feel people can go with the beat better. I played the first four years of my bass playing back when I was young w/o a metronome.... I feel it pushed me back later in playing. I'm not saying that's you at all, I'm just try to say, no matter what, always play on beat.

I wish I could word this better.

Not bad, I love that song! I did a little bit of searching and saw that you did a video of Soul Man, and it was good! Kudos to you man!

It could use some tidying up with the mistakes and the timing, but thanks for sharing.

Smile king of the hill bass

You guys inspired me to try do my own version of "King Of The Hill". It was a lot of fun. Not exactly note-for-note, I was sick, my ear was slightly off..guess I gotta do it again. ARrgh! But still fun. Please cut and paste..I dont know why the link below doesnt want to cooperate. Thanks!
