Krist Novoselic using a fretless? Huhhhh???

Sign in to disble this ad
I was just listening to "half the man I used to be", and a little before half way there is a break in every thing and Krist does a little bass fill. It sounds very fretless.

Did he ever use fretless basses? Or maybe it was just effects.

(There are a few other places too, lemme go back and try to find the times it happens)

It probably is fretless, because it's not Nirvana, its STP, and the name is "Creep"

I gotta say, this thread has been a serious let-down. A) It reminded me that STP does, in fact, exist. and B) No news of Krist playing fretless.

Double-bummer!
