No problem .... there are some more complex chord voicings in there, but I believe that the root chords are correct. I'd need to be at a keyboard/bass/something to give the complete voicings .....

I think Etta James version is in F, but At Last is like Georgia, is doesn't seem to have the definitive right changes. Everybody seems to use their own substitutions in it, great song though!

The intro and outro in Etta's version (in C to match the changes above)

C Em F Gb dim C A7 Ab dim G

Jerry is correct, the Etta recording is in F
