I think this is a pretty slick youtube clip. It refreshing to see a bassist at NAMM jamming on classic Motown instead of one more round of 64th note double thumps. I also have to give some love to a Brother rockin' a basic MIA Fender Jazz at NAMM instead of a wonder bass. BTW, the dude can play too!

I also got a kick out of this clip because Les is rocking a four string. Ever since I saw a clip of Tal Wilkenfeld, I have been enjoying seeing folks on a four string. I am a confirmed five string guy, but I love the feel of a four. IMO, I have never heard a good bassist on a four and felt that person sounded limited in any way.
