edit, that's the Cardigans, the Cranberries are cool but 'In your head' kinda is the only thing that sticks around.

Judging from their performances, their bass player and guitarist aren't the best instrumentalists, but their bass player is often seen with Wals so he's okay in my book. |

Irish.

Yeah Matt it is true , I do listen to other bands besides Metallica. For example I am listening to the Smashing Pumpkins right now .

| | | | I think the bassist from the Cramberries is pretty good. I love his line in "Just my Imagination". |

Anyway, if you're talking about "Zombie", I agree that it's a terrific tune and the one that got me into the band. I've heard "Linger" before and it was cool to me, but "Zombie" and "Ode To My Family" captivated me and instantly fell in love with Dolores O'Riordan's voice and style (which some people compare with Shakira's, but that's a nonsense to me. I'm one of the biggest haters of Shakira's voice). In fact, "No Need To Argue" is Cranberries' magnum opus. It's the only Cranberries CD I have, and I love it. Long ago I did a backing sequence of "Ode To My Family" on my Korg i4S for a girl who was going to participate in an English language singing contest. Still have that file. |
