I don't have a ton of time because I'm at work, but I will listen more tonight. The only thing i can mention is how the vocals sit in the music. They need some reverb, and there needs to be some eqing so they stick out a little more, and maybe a little to make them less harsh on some of the tracks. The first track the vocals are pretty quiet compared to the guitar, so its like im listening to the guitar, and the vocals are in the background, and you probably want to flip that.

As for the music, i will write more later when i can sit down and listen, as im an avid metal fan.

I like it, pretty brutal, but with that being said, my only criticism (if you want to call it that) is that it sounds just like Black Dahlia Murder, or any other At The Gates clones that came after them. Try not to take too much offense, I like quite a few of the bands that I'm speaking of, and you guys do it well. Sounds like you have a pretty damn good drummer too, and thats crucial for any metal band. Cool.

Thanks for the comments guys. We have talked about redoing the vocals on all of these tracks. We are also noobs at recording so we are figuring out new things everyday.
Also keep in mind tracks uploaded to Myspace are compressed as all hell. We should have one of those fancy online press kits soon and that will have true quality.
I don't take any offense to you saying we sound like BDM, since that's the sound we're going for. We're also trying to introduce more "prog" ideas and sounds(I.E. Gojira sounding stuff).
Thanks guys!! Any more comments??

Sounds fine for the genre. Reminds me of older Killswitch Engage. Is the kick triggered?

A little to melodic pseudo-epic for me, but not bad at all. I just don't understand the label "progressive" in the genre, I think it definetly doesn't fit.
