looking for a song that primarily goes back and forth from c to f in blues.
I am not gonna get more specific (about what style of music) because I am looking for ideas and other genres would be appropriate.

I would suggest the version on
Mingus At Carnegie Hall
.
I'm not sure I get the question, Joe.
Why not take a Bb-Eb Blues (of which there are thousands) & then transpose them up a step?

Yes I am dumb... I didn't think about it LOL
I should have said root 5th the whole way through the song but the particular song we are playing c to f and the guitarist is playing blues.
