Looking for feedback on our work (Recordings inside)

Hello,

This summer I've been playing acoustically a lot with a guitarist friend of mine, in a park downtown. Just sitting down in the grass enjoying the sun and playing all day. Nothing existing or prewritten, just jamming. The last few times we've done this, I've recorded these afternoons on my Zoom, and I was wondering what your opinion on some of it was. Have a listen:

These are of course not the entire recordings, just two snippets. Also, a few mistakes may have crept in. Just so you know.

So, what do you think?

Eyyy, we have a taker! Thank you!

We actually have recorded a lot more, but I didn't want to post like ten songs at the same time. But thanks for the compliment!

Yeah, we know it's kinda repetitive, but we've decided to try and make this into a full project, meaning smoothing out the songs and stuff, so we'll try to bring a bit more variation in.

Glad you like it!

They are jams in one key with pretty much one feel through out the whole tune. .... Much more fun to play high than listen to. ..... That saying don't give up. Get better. Change it up. About a 1/4 way through the second song it sounded like you guys were finally get into something and you dropped it back into acoustic guitar noodling.
Since you're playing in the park why not pay attention to what the people in the park either stop to listen to or decided to text or talk on their cell phones through as your opinion poll.
Good luck.

Sing something to spice up the one chord stuff. Words should flow over that groove pritty easily, might make it easyer to find a chord change.

keep going
