Looking for opinions on my stuff

Hey guys I laid down a pretty basic track with a drum machine and my bass. I play rock/metal. Just looking for some reviews. I'm trying to get my foot in the recording door since i'm not experienced with it much. I want to add some spacey keyboard effects, lyrics, and guitar once I get better at recording. (I'm gonna re-record everything cause the playing is a little sloppy at points)

Its a start, I like your drum machine track. The bass is good as well. I am involved with recording original songs with my guitar instructor. I use a zoom H4n (4tracks) with an Alesis drum machine and then play guitar to that . Only suggestion I have at this point is add guitar if possible, this will make it better all around. Best of luck
