Marcus Miller - Purple Rain??

I downloaded a song off of KaZaA that was entitled Purple Rain by Marcus Miller. I really like this song but it isn't on any of Marcus' CD's. Is it really Marcus Miller? If it isn't, who is it and who is on the other instruments? Any info would be great.

There's a lot of fake stuff out there. Impossible to find out who's really playing.
But who knows, maybe it's really a MM (live?) bootleg - I never heard it.

It's on drummer kenwood Dennard's excellent solo album 'Just Advance'. Marcus is on the whole C.D., it was also the first album Marcus slapped Jaco's Teen Town.

I cant find the whole song of it. All I could find was the bass solo of "purple rain". I dunno I guess Ill try again.

If your a Marcus fan maybe check out the whole C.D.......there are some very cool improvised drum & bass duets on it
