Me playing Scott Lafaro's "Gloria's Step" - Video

Playing my Kinal Kompact Acoustic fretless bass, of course

This is "Gloria's Step", written by Scott Lafaro, and played by Scott, Bill Evans, and Paul Motian on the "Sunday at the Village Vangaurd" album. This album and this song especially is as good as jazz gets for me. If you haven't heard this album, check it out!

I started transcribing his solo earlier today too, got a little ways into it. I played it at the end but it's not the cleanest yet. Scott's stuff is incredible. One of my absolute faves

Let me know what you think, and enjoy!

NICE! That's the stuff I need to get working on. There is so much going on in there. I've always love Scott LaFaro.
