Mekong Delta "Wanderer On the Edge of Time"

Just got it. Am a huge MDelta fan. Ralf's bass playing is typically frantic and riffs are very predictably Mekong. Production is solid. Am only into my second listening, but album is very enjoyable. New vocals take a bit of adjustment, but that is a constant with this band. Kind of weird to hear a more mid and lower vocal style. A lot more vibrato in the phrasing too. Album is more diverse than "Lurking Fear", in that it includes quite a bit of "concert guitar" or classical acoustic bits by Ralf Hubert. Also a strumming sort of more commercial "love song" on this one. Lots of furious instrumental bits. Mood is very focused and dramatic in the vocal tracks.
