Anyone else catch the live performance of the Mendes / Black Eyed Peas collaboration "Timeless" last night.
IMHO, this was excellent fare, successfully bridging a lot of gaps, while showcasing what Hip Hop can be rather than what the industry wants it to be. Great stuff.
Of course, the bass rig, if you could get your eyes off the backup singers, was a DB750 rig; don't know who the player was. |
