I agree. heR first two albums are FUNKY! This last one is very good but not my favorite.

She has another bassist play with her live. If you listen to the NPR concert listed above, at the beginning of the third song she tells the sound guy to bring up "his bass", referring to her bassist. The he in question was recently featured in bass player magazine.

Not the greatest "bass playing" CD, but is a nice MUSICAL statement with vision.

I really liked it.

Mark Kelly Plays bass live with her. Both times I been to her concerts she played bass for no more than 5/10 mins.
