yeah i was bored, and figured out how to record video with my webcam plus audio so, i busted out my fretless and wanked around a bit with pat metheny.

my friends said it was cool, but they dont know anything about music and didnt notice when i went out of key i fell apart in some spots but i still think it was pretty cool, hope yall enjoy it and i welcome all comments/criticisms

It's fun to play along with recordings. Nice. How long have you been playing?

That's a pretty busy line you came up with. If it were me, I would try to keep it simple. It's fun to ornament a groove with repeated notes, but get in the pocket first.

I'd like to see you boil your groove down a little bit.

Edit: I just noticed that your video said something about not being 100% synced-up. Maybe you were right in the pocket, but the technology might be the reason it sounded a little off.

yeah, i felt like i was pretty much in the pocket, and when i recorded it it was video + bass, then in vegas i lined it up as best i could before i got frustrated, so its *slightly* off
