Yeah, you're not looking for metal. Just to clear that up, you are looking for screamo. Just don't want you accidentally listening to something good.

What's that suppose to mean

Unless you mean Napalm Death isn't screamo: I'd tend to agree on that issue. But not only are they still awesome after all these years, they are such pioneers. But seriously: They've put out some of their best stuff RECENTLY! That's so insane. Long Live the Code is absolutely insane PURE metal. Basically, ND rules, if you don't like 'em... I'd have to check your metal credentials.

Protest owns eight days a week. I wouldn't label them screamo though, they're musically way beyond that. I'd call them progressive something or other.

Are you going to see them this December in Toronto?

Funeral For A Friend's "Seven Ways To Scream Your Name" is imo the best "screamo" album ever made. Too bad most of what they've made since kinda sucks.

A few other ones worth looking at:

A Love Ends Suicide - More metal than screamo or emo, but they get classified as such sometimes. Terrible name, but an awesome band.
Boys Night Out - They've more or less since broken from the screamo mold, but "Make Yourself Sick" is another defining album for the genre.
Underminded (NOT Underoath)

Theres a LOT out there, I'll try and add more when I have the time.

well if you want screamo or emo type stuff(real, none of those other bands you mentioned) check out emery, underoath, thursday, thrice, (old)hawthorne heights, silverstein, the early november, armor for sleep, circa survive, finche, mae...
some of these bands don't really fit into a category, but you know
