I never did get a "list," was Metallica the only band doing Black Sabbath covers?

I liked the Hole in the Sky cover, it was weird hearing James attempt to sing in Ozzy's range, he was stretching, but it sounded pretty good.

Riffage aside, Iron Man is a pretty stupid song (coming from a big Sabbath fan), but it was cool hearing Rob do a Geezer impression during the solo.

I liked 'em. I've only recently started getting into Black Sabbath.

Was that a MIM bass? It was really blurry so I couldn't read any logo or anything but it looked like it had that black plastic truss rod tunnel those have. Also I couldn't see any pole pieces on the pickups so I'm assuming it was like an EMG or a bart or something?

I am pretty sure it was an EMG Pick Up.

Wow, Jason was really loud!!?!?! Did a sound tech get fired for that gig?

It's hard for anyone to outdo Sabbath on this jam, but they did pretty good. It bugs me that they go into A National Acrobat on it though, that is my favorite Sabbath tune. But that's a song Metallica couldn't do all the way through, there is a lot of Iommi layering in that tune.

Considering Sabbath won't do these songs anymore because Ozzy (Sharon) want them to only perform the hits, it's good that someone does them. I was surprised to see them choose Hole in the Sky, it's cool they give the nod to more obscure (better) tunes.

Robs tone is pretty cool in this one, you can actually hear the bass.

One of the best Sabbath riffs ever.

Devastatingly heavy.

This is actually very very good, maybe there's hope after all?

Haha, I loved seeing Ozzy hopping on his chair!
