But if I must say something, I say Load.. Better album if you listen all songs, but best songs of two are in ReLoad.
Sounds are amazing in both albums, and you can actually hear bass in most of the songs... |

| | | | Load. There are about three good songs on Re-Load, in my opinion. It would've been four, but that woman whose voice reminds me of a goat had to ruin The Memory Remains. Ugh.

From "Ride the lightning" to "...And justice for all", even the "Black album" is ok.... but from there, sorry my friend, that aint Metallica.
Now, maybe if they give Robert Trujillo the freedom to write some stuff and put his slapping into the songs I might be interest again in Metallica!

If I like one song of Metallica past the first four albums its Slither. |

| I'd might agree to that, but we'll see how much wuss thay layer over the rythym section.

Puppets would be my all time favorite with Justice in a close second. |

| | | | That's a toughy.
As a die hard Metallica fan I must admit that I wish that they had trimmed a couple of songs off each and made one really strong album. That being said, I pick Load. |

Load/Re-Load could have easily been 1 excellent Metallica album if it wasn't for all the filler crap. Instead, they're 2 good albums. |

I think the really great songs on Load may be better than the Black album: "Until It Sleeps", "King Nothing", "Hero of the Day" for example. But I think the Black album hangs together better as an album.
And it must be noted that I have these on tape, so I tend to listen to a side at a time, not random.
Now, put up your hand if you have heard the Motorhead cover of "Enter Sandman" | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
