I love that trio. Jaco shines really when he is in a controlled state I think.
He is a great walker. He and bob moses set up a groove like no other.

I like this Jaco way better than neurotic jaco. He seems more musically at home in the recording. Rare as hell too.

It's always nice to hear some fresh Jaco stuff. He truely is a master player. This isn't my favourite of his stuff-it's a little too jazzy whereas I prefer his fusion side. Thanks for sharing though!

you can hear Pats sound and approach is pretty raw and a bit tentative at 20, compared to the studio LP 2 years later
