Moar Funk Pleez - please give feedback on this original recording

Here is my latest attempt at making music. It's too big to upload, so please access it at my soundclick account page here http://www.soundclick.com/bands/defa...bandID=1095297. The title is "Moar Funk Pleez."

I wrote and performed all parts except the drums. I used professional drum loops, so only the arrangement of those loops is original.

I picked the bassline (because I'm really a guitarist), and applied a lot of parallel compression and EQ in the box. There are a couple of points where the bass gets a superfuzz applied in parallel with the clean and compressed bass track. I did have the fuzz track mixed in parallel through the whole song, but the fuzz really started to stick out like a sore thumb when I started mastering it and maximizing the loudness, so I took it off except in those key spots.

Please let me have your feedback on the bass track and on the mix.

I think there are some cool elements to it.

My one comment after a quick listen is that you're ahead of the beat on the bass line. Try to sit back a bit on the groove. It'll make the song flow a lot better.
