Thanks for the comments, It was kinda funny at the time. I had just remarked to the drummer that I hope the music doesn't fall as the wind was picking up. One thing that was always impotant to me was to be able to walk the bass competently. I also play upright bass. BTW I am playng my new MTD Z5 and it is a great bass!

Stupendous! I've had the same thing happen to me, except it wasn't in the middle of a key change, and I wasn't improving (I was lucky I had the written part memorized).

Great recovery
