Music to test your audio system (Dark Knight content)

This is one of the best pieces of music for testing out an audio system that I’ve ever come across. I’m linking just the first section of this nine minute track here as a sample (and it's also compressed to keep the file size down).

If you like it I can recommend you buy the album so you can listen to it at the proper quality. It’s a great movie soundtrack that really does justice to the film.

Why So Serious?

Turn your speakers up!

EDIT - By the way, if you're listening on a laptop the section starting at 3:26 will be almost totally silent as it's just too low to be heard on laptop speakers.

Sure beats test tones. That movie IS the greatest movie I have seen in years.

I've always used Keith Moon's solo drums just after the opening lick of "Young man Blues" from "the Who-Live at Leeds". truly thunderous!

I just got the soundtrack for the movie, it's really good I like it, very moody and a good example of dynamics.
